1 – Processing and Delivery Conditions
The processing and execution time for orders varies between 8 days and 4 weeks. For more detailed information, please contact us via WhatsApp 969567225 to confirm the estimated delivery time for your order.
Orders are sent by the MRW Carrier in MAINLAND PORTUGAL, including an additional shipping cost. This cost varies according to the weight and volume of the order, as well as the destination address, and will be communicated to the customer when placing the order.
The carrier delivers within 24/48 working hours (after leaving our studio)
Delivery made on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm.
We send the tracking code to track your order on the day of shipping to your WhatsApp contact.

Remaining shipments within the deadline set by CTT
Shipments made by CTT to Madeira, the Azores, European Union countries and Switzerland are subject to an additional shipping cost. This will be determined according to the weight and volume of the order, as well as the destination address. The additional cost will be communicated to the customer when placing the order on the website. Please note that the final shipping cost may be subject to adjustments in accordance with the legal table of the Portuguese Post Office.
The delivery time will be according to the current CTT table.

In the event of delays in relation to the agreed delivery times, due to causes beyond our control, the customer will not be entitled to any right to compensation.

2 – Pricing policy
The prices shown in the online store crisdecor.pt include VAT.
3 – Payment methods
Payment will be made by bank transfer, payment by multibanco references, mbway, credit cards, paypal.
4 – Shipping
Each product in our online store has a shipping cost that varies depending on the quantity in the cart and the delivery area selected. Shipping costs will be calculated after you provide the address in the cart or at checkout, based on the criteria mentioned. For clarification, you can contact us via WhatsApp at 969567225.
– Mainland Portugal shipping is done by the carrier MRW – 24h to 48h;
– Portugal Islands shipping is done via CTT: 5 to 10 days;
– International shipping is done via CTT: 5 to 15 days;

5 – Returns
crisdecor.pt reserves the right not to accept returns of purchased items as they are personalized products with customer data.
Returns, cancellations or refunds do not apply to personalized goods, as this is provided for by law. Information regarding the consumer's (private customer) right to terminate the contract is described in detail in Decree-Law No. 143/2001 and Decree-Law No. 82/2008.
Only products damaged during transport will be accepted as returns.
What to do at the time of delivery:
If you find that, upon delivery, the packaging of the product(s) is damaged or open, you may accept receipt of the order with the packaging in the conditions described above, but you must mention this fact to the corresponding carrier's service, in order to waive responsibility for any damage found after unpacking the same.

to report the problem, taking a video and/or photos.
Personalized items are: all products that have their base altered, that is, items with labels with name, date or other information, printed, engraved products or with some specific decoration.
Deadline for refund of the amount paid – 8 days via bank transfer. Indicate IBAN or MBWAY
6 – Cancellation Policy
If the order does not contain personalized products, it is possible to cancel it by simply sending an email with the cancellation request (before it is sent).
The amount paid will be refunded within 8 days, via bank transfer. Indicate the IBAN.
In case of cancellation of orders, after sending personalized models (even if not approved) there is a cost of €20.
In the case of orders of a lower value there is no right to a refund.
Failure to pay for the order by ATM does not mean that your order has been cancelled.

Indicate the order number and reason for cancellation.
7 – Alternative resolution of consumer disputes

8 – Billing
As soon as we receive your payment, an invoice is issued. If you would like your invoice to include a tax identification number, you must indicate it at the time of purchase.
